With profound sadness, we wanted to share that Mackenzie Morris (Class of 2008) passed away on August 27. Our thoughts are with her family and fiance. May her memory be for a blessing.

B'nai teachers change the lives of our children every day. This year, their immense work and impact have provided a much-needed sense of community and connection. Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, our teachers continue to ensure every student has the tools they need to reach their full potential. Don't forget! Friday is the LAST DAY to bring your food donations for our Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day service project benefitting BackPack Beginnings. As you know, here at BSDS, MLK Day is a day ON, not a day off. We will spend the day honoring his memory and completing various other service projects.
