Service in Action: Teen Leaders Making a Difference!

A heartfelt thank you to the 70+ participants of the Jack and Jill of America, Inc. Mid-Atlantic Region Teen Leadership Conference for dedicating their time, energy, and talents to serving Sedgefield Elementary School and Guilford County Schools on June 18, 2026.

Throughout the day, these remarkable young leaders demonstrated the true meaning of service by:
📚 Assembling back-to-school welcome kits for students
📝 Creating thoughtful teacher appreciation notes
🧼 Disinfecting classrooms, doorways, and learning spaces
🎨 Organizing materials and preparing resources for the upcoming school year
🤝 Supporting a variety of projects designed to strengthen our school community

Their commitment to leadership through service will have a lasting impact on the students, teachers, and families we serve. Because of their efforts, our school will be even more prepared to welcome students back for a successful new year.

We are grateful for this partnership and inspired by the compassion, teamwork, and servant leadership displayed by these outstanding teens.

Thank you, Jack and Jill Mid-Atlantic Region Teen Leadership Conference participants, for investing in our school community and helping us create brighter futures for all students!
