We are seeking Lead Teachers for our Infant and Toddler classrooms to join our rapidly growing organization! These individuals will plan and present age appropriate activities for children Monday-Friday Full time.

Responsibilities:

Instruct children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
Create fun and interactive learning experiences in a safe environment.
Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve growth and success for the child.
Maintain the health and safety of all students while continuing to maintain a fun and interactive classroom.
REQUIRED Qualifications:

AA/BA/BS in ECE or related field preferred
12 credit hours of ECE REQUIRED
NCECC qualification (EDU 119) or equivalent REQUIRED
At least 1 year recent experience working in a licensed childcare facility
Must be at least 18 years of age
Passionate about working with children
Ability to build rapport with children
Positive and patient demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have Clean Background check through NC DCDEE, Medical Physical, Negative TB Test, Workforce ID, and Positive attitude!

This cooking position is for a childcare center serving children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. The ideal employee is required to prepare breakfast, lunch, and supper for all children present in the facility each day. The cook is also responsible for creating and following weekly menus as well as weekly shopping needs for all meals.

We are seeking an employee who is passionate, creative and dependable. Applicants must complete all childcare requirements listed below. The hours for the cook position are 8AM-2PM however the preferred applicant would also be interested in after school teacher position with extended hours 3PM-5:30PM.
