Today, our kindergarten students in Ms. Gunter's class celebrated Earth Day by learning how to take care of our planet! 🌍
Students explored ways to reduce, reuse, and recycle, and shared ideas on how they can help keep the Earth clean and healthy.

We are so proud of our young learners for becoming Earth helpers and showing their love for our world! 💚🌱

Our first graders had a blast learning about pufferfish in Art! 🎨🐡

They explored fun facts about these fascinating sea creatures and brought them to life with their creativity. We love seeing our students combine learning and imagination in such colorful ways! 💙

🌟 Exceptional Children Week at GCES 🌟

Last week, our school proudly celebrated Exceptional Children Week, a time to honor the strengths, abilities, and achievements of all learners. Each day, our students and staff came together to recognize what makes every child unique and valued.

Students in Mrs. Clifton’s class had a fun and engaging week learning about solids, liquids, and gases through daily experiments. On Friday, they especially enjoyed making bubbles using water and dish soap. By blowing air into a bowl half-filled with the mixture, students were able to create their own gas and see science in action!

Our paraprofessionals support our students and teachers every single day with patience, kindness, dedication, and hard work. They make a difference in countless ways, and we are so thankful for all they do for our school family.
