As educators our goal is to extend our lessons well beyond the walls of a classroom. This moment at field day today shows our students as resilient, courageous, compassionate, and kind humans. We are always proud of them, but today was a reminder of what our Jefferson community is truly made of ~ hope. Teaching isn’t temporary and neither are the lives that touch us along the way.
