Triad Neijia Academy A school for the study of Chinese internal martial arts, including Gao style Baguazhang, Yang style Taijiquan, and Hebei style Xingyiquan.

Triad Neijia Academy is a school dedicated to the preservation of traditional Chinese martial arts. We offer comprehensive training in Chinese internal martial arts (neijiaquan) and external martial arts (waijiaquan) in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.

This week will be the halfway mark for our online course on Hebei Xing Yi Five Elements.

What future courses would you like to see?
1. Xing Yi 12 animals
2. Gao Style Ba Gua Palm Changes
3. Yang Style Tai Ji
4. A regular weekly class instead of focused courses

We are also open to suggestions. As long as we can get 5 people to commit to a class we will run it. Please let us know!
