Successful landscape architects must combine knowledge from environmental, social, and physical sciences − as well as engineering and technology − to create aesthetically compelling and scientifically defendable designs that address a range of issues including stormwater management, soil conservation, habitat conservation and restoration, greenhouse gas emissions, and food safety. A&T Landscape Ar

chitecture curriculum is building on its sustainable design focus to include techniques for quantifying sustainable design impacts. Faculty, students, and an advisory board of outside professionals and academics are working to continually improve this educational program that produces design leaders. Landscape Graphics
The freshman studio class has done a fabulous job of creating landscape designs with their given specifications. They had a chance to work with landscape graphics for their most recent project. The idea was to get the students familiarized with frequently-used landscape graphics and to work on texture, shading and coloring. They were given a packet of graphics and were asked to use specific ones and specific sizes for certain graphics.
