Good evening FB friends! I was beginning to think I’ve been blocked by a few people then I read this. I ignored this post earlier, because I thought I was seeing all the posts my friends were posting. Then I checked the timelines of several friends that I hadn’t heard from for awhile, and I discovered that I have been missing all of their posts.😢
Here’s how to avoid hearing from the same 26 FB friends and nobody else. This post explains why we don't see all posts from our friends. Funny, thought if I followed you on Facebook I would see what you post. Not anymore 🤷🏻‍♀️
Your Newsfeed recently shows only posts from the same few people, about 25, repeatedly the same, because Facebook has a new algorithm. 🙅🏻‍♀️
Their system chooses the people who will read your post. However, I would like to choose for myself, Therefore, I ask you all a favor - If you are reading this message leave me a quick comment, a "hello", a sticker, whatever you want, so you will appear in my news feed‼️
Otherwise Facebook chooses who to show me and I don't need facebook to choose my friends! 🤬
Do not hesitate to copy and paste on your wall so you can have more interaction with all your contacts and bypass the system. That's why we don't see all posts from our friends.😮
Thanks for the heads up from those who already copied and pasted the above. Hold your finger down anywhere in this post and "copy" will pop up. Click "copy". Then go to your page, start a new post on your page, then put your finger anywhere in the blank field. "paste" will pop up and click paste.

Good afternoon friends I do hope that everyone who is following this page has either already VOTED or you DO INTEND TO EXERCISE THE BEST RIGHT THAT YOU HAVE HERE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

Due to the seeming like of interest in the page . I will not be monitoring it as much. If there aren't any good conversations during this period I will just cancel the sight altogether.

I would like to see everyone who went to school here to leave one post about something that you remember very clearly while you were going there. Mine would have to be the day that President Kennedy was killed. My worst would have to be the time that I played Little Black Sambo in a class program and went whole hog with the face paint . Mom liked to never get all of that stuff off of me. The only person that I can remember seeing in the auditorium was Jeannie and Denise Willams dad who kept trying to get me tickled or in todays lingo Screw-up. I just cannot remember what year or grade we were in at the time.

I am glad that there has been some traffic on the page lately. I have decided that I would leave it for a few more months. I know that some of you have to have some photo's either of your class or some from some part of our education there. All of my things were destroyed when my parents had a leak in their roof . By the time it was discovered it was too late to save anything.

Would love to see some photos of the old school bldg. Remember when we played in the hollow tree during Recess. Can u imagine them letting the kids play like that now. I rode a many a mile around that school on my bicycle. Mr. Summers was the custodian during the time that I was there. If he did not get me during the week he would catch me at Gospel Baptist Church on Sunday.

It will soon be a year since this page was started. At the time I created the page I had very high hopes for it being a big sucess. So far for some reason either through me or lack of intrest I feel that it has been plenty of time to grow. So with deep regrets and a sad heart i will be ending the page by the end of this year. If there is someone who wants to continue with our page i will turn the duty over to whom ever is will ing to continue watching over it.
When I first started it my hopes were to bring back together so many of the great times and great people that made Jesse Wharton but my mission has failed. To the people that have visited and poasted on here I greatly appreciate your comments and other contributions.

I was thinking the other day which can be dangerous in some cases and this may turn into one of those times. We all are approaching or 60th birthday this year so I know that during our stint at JW we had to have had a Secret Crush on someone so it is time to come clean. I am going to wait awhile before I post mine. That is the advantage of being in charge.

Looks like it is getting off of the ground. I want to thank all who have posted so far. I also want to give a big Thanks for Cathy Hodges Griffin for all of her special help.
If there is someone who is more computer savy than I who would like to be the Administrator of the site please let me know. I am not the best in the world for uploads and such. Again thanks for your interest and tell anyone who went there to jump in and take it for a spin
