The Computer Science Program at N.C. A&T originally began in 1981 within the Mathematics Department. It was moved to the College of Engineering in 1992.

Just want to keep our great CS alumni aware of what's going on in the department! Our students (l to r: Aaren Avery, Kaila Billie, Brandon Long, and Jean Beya) won first place for the second year in a row at Black Enterprise's BE SMART Hackathon in Silicon Valley October 10th!
Attention, Comp. Sci. Alumni! The Department will not be having its reception this year, however, the College of Engineering will have an alumni luncheon on the front lawn of McNair Hall from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. This can still serve as a gathering place for you to meet each other and enjoy the "Greatest Homecoming on Earth"!
