Where Motivation and High Expectations Lead to Success! Joyner Elementary (K-5) is an exciting place to learn. James Y. Joyner has had a varied history.

We strive to provide a safe and caring environment that promotes academic excellence through active engagement in learning. Joyner was superintendent of Public Instruction around the turn of the 20th century and fought for the public school system. Our school was named after him for his varied accomplishments. Good Morning Joyner Family! We will have our next PTA meeting on Feb. 9. This is the second Thursday in February.

Also, World’s Finest Chocolate fundraiser ends on Thursday. Please turn in all money on that date and thank you for everyone’s hard work for a great cause!
