🎓🔧 Celebrating the Future of the Skilled Trades!

In August, Brady was proud to participate in the Guilford Apprenticeship Partners (GAP) Signing & Graduation Ceremony at the Koury Convention Center.

We were excited to welcome Landon and Chance as Brady's newest GAP apprentices and celebrate the graduation of Camden Leonard who has successfully completed the four year program.

GAP is a Registered Youth Apprenticeship Program that gives high school juniors and seniors the opportunity to gain paid hands-on experience, earn a tuition-free community college degree, and build meaningful careers while making a positive impact in their communities.

As a proud GAP partner for 10 years, Brady has seen firsthand the value of investing in the next generation of skilled professionals. Programs like GAP help create a strong talent pipeline while providing students with real-world experience, mentorship, and opportunities for long-term career success.

Congratulations to Landon, Chance, and Camden on this important milestone. We look forward to supporting their continued growth and seeing the impact they will make in our industry!

A great evening with great company 🥂

We had an incredible time hosting our NCHEA Happy Hour with Trane in Wilmington, NC this week!

The evening at The Underfront Co. was filled with meaningful conversations, delicious charcuterie, and a fun, unique leather stamping experience. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the event such a success👏. Having the opportunity to connect with so many customers, partners, and industry peers was one of the highlights of the week, and we loved having each of you there. We hope you enjoyed the evening as much as we did!

After successfully completing a 6-week pre-apprenticeship program this summer, these North Carolina Apprenticeship Program (NCTAP) Pre- Apprentices have accepted full Apprenticeship positions and are beginning their journey in our Brady Mentorship Program.

Happy National Intern Day! 💙

Today, we're celebrating National Intern Day and the completion of our Marketing Intern Abbey Rose's 10-week internship with Brady!

Throughout the summer, Abbey has been a valuable part of our team, bringing creativity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. Today, she wrapped up her internship by presenting her capstone project and sharing all she accomplished and learned over the past 10 weeks.

We're grateful for her contributions and wish her all the best as she heads back to college. We know she has a bright future ahead!
