Make plans for summer meals today! All the info you need is below! ⬇️

| Summer meals will return to GCS starting on June 15!☀️🥪

Families have two options:

🍎Pick up seven days worth of breakfasts and lunch once a week at one of four meals-to-go sites; or
🍎Dine in for breakfast and lunch daily at any of our 13 summer meal distribution sites.

Families must register for the meals-to-go option and can not visit a meals-to-go and dine-in site during the same week.

Thank you to the Claxton community for helping us raise money back in the fall from our Boosterthon Fun Run! Over the weekend, the outdoor furniture was placed on our campus and students are already taking advantage of this awesome space!

Reminder: 3-5 Stars will take their math EOG tomorrow! Get good rest, eat a good breakfast, and arrive to school before 7:25!

💙 This year, our Claxton community showed up in a big way.

From book fairs and family nights to events, celebrations, and so much more, so many volunteers helped the PTA make this school year extra special for our students and staff.

Now it’s our turn to say thank you!

Our 2nd grade Stars had a wonderful time at their first lessons in the “Learn to Swim”program. Guilford County Schools has partnered with the Greensboro Aquatic Center to make this wonderful experience possible! 

Our final field day was an adventure! PK, AC, K and 1st had a great time!
