Trinity Covenant Preschool is seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Director to lead our Montessori-inspired early childhood program.

We are looking for someone who:
• Has knowledge of Montessori philosophy and practices
• Is passionate about early childhood education
• Demonstrates strong leadership and organizational skills
• Enjoys building relationships with children, families, and staff
• Is committed to creating a nurturing, child-centered learning environment
