My biggest goal in this life is to pour into people so they can become the fullest, softest, most powerful version of themselvesâand this time, God really let me do it for free free đ¤â¨
This weekend we hosted our very first FREE mental health event, and whew⌠when I say Black girl magic met intentional healing?? Yeah, that part.
Special shoutout to for opening us up with intentional temple care and movementâgrounded, aligned, and in our bodies the way we deserve.
Iâm beyond grateful for my brilliant clinical team âthis vision is bigger because of yâall.
And to every participant who showed up, poured in, and trusted the spaceâthank you. This is what it looks like when we choose softness, community, and healing on our own terms.

Itâs a new month!
Which means weâve been given another opportunity to intentionally build movement habits that support our mental and emotional health.
The body and the mind are always in conversation. Movement isnât just physicalâit supports nervous system regulation, emotional processing, stress reduction, and overall mental clarity.
This month, letâs lock in on physical wellness and intentionally track our emotional health. Notice how your mood, energy, and capacity shift as you move your body more consistently. Awareness alone can spark real change.
But letâs be realâaccountability matters.
Not just a calendar reminder we swipe away đ
, but supported accountability. Coaching. Structure. Someone helping you stay consistent while honoring your whole self.
Iâm no trainerâbut you can meet my trainer at the Womenâs Mental Health Pop-Up happening at the end of this month â¨
So tell me đđž
What does accountability look like for you right now?
Letâs move with intention, tend to our minds, and choose support that actually sustains us đ¤

It takes courage to release the role of fixer and allow others the dignity of their own growth.â¨Love doesnât require self-sacrifice that costs you your peace.
Self-care and self-preservation are acts of wisdom, not guilt.â¨Your mental health deserves care, too.

This is what my quiet spiritual health time actually looks like in real time đ
âđ˝
It may look a little chaotic right now, but once I get home, grab some markers and crayons, itâs all going to come together.
Thereâs something about Godâs Word â truly, about His love â that is so deeply captivating and grounding.
This week, Iâll be teaching and sharing from our anchor scripture in our faith-based mental wellness cbt group:
Psalm 89:15â18 đ¤
Thereâs still time to register!
