This week my team & I were honored to conduct PD for ALAMANCE-BURLINGTON SCHOOL SYSTEM during their Summer Symposium. The topic was Beyond the Binder: School Improvement That Drives Real Results.

In public education, most of us are great at writing school improvement plans. We have been doing that since they existed in a binder on our shelf back in the day.

ALAMANCE-BURLINGTON SCHOOL SYSTEM is focusing on monitoring those pretty plans because what gets monitored get done.
