My SpinGym offers 1-hour spin classes that will kick your butt while spinning to the beat of music. Burn up to 1,000 calories, build cardiovascular endurance, leg strength and general fitness as you work up a sweat while having fun! AND we offer personal training sessions that will help you tone up, lose weight and get stronger. And there are also packages available:
