Job Responsibilities Include:
• Greet and assist customers as they enter
• Support fellow employees when needed
• Be eager to learn and grow product knowledge
• Arrive on time with a positive, ready-to-work attitude
• Direct customers to appropriate departments
• Maintain store appearance (stocking, facing shelves, end caps)
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally
• Use and understand current computer systems
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by management
• Regularly lift and handle heavy loads up to 70 lbs
• Adhere to work schedules
• Help customers load/unload merchandise
• Unload delivery trucks, stock lumber, clean sheds, and assist with deliveries
