Friends of Newton School We're here to support our schools community We are the Friends and families of Newton School located in Greenfield, Ma.

Our group is comprised of parents, guardians, teachers, and other members of the community. We strive to support our students by supporting free family events, field trips, classroom/school needs and MUCH MORE! Keep up with what's happening at the school or suggest some ideas! *disclaimer* This group is maintained by the PTO at Newton School and not by any staff at the school. Our membership is FREE and open to anyone in our school community. We meet monthly and provide childcare at our meetings thanks to the help of the national Honors Society at Greenfield High School. Help is needed in many aspects that don't require attendance at meetings if that is difficult for you. Often we need helpers, snack bringers, and volunteers for events.

🌼 Our mum fundraiser was a HUGE success!

Our goal was to raise $2,000, and thanks to our amazing school community, we didn’t just reach it, we exceeded it! 🎉 We sold 254 mums and raised an incredible $2,540 for Newton School!

Mum pickup is Tuesday, 9/22 from 3–5 PM. We’ll also have a limited number of extras available for $10 each.

Thank you to everyone who purchased, shared, supported, and helped make this fundraiser such a success. We are so grateful for our Newton School community! 🍂🧡

Local Author Storytime with Lee Lee Marie, Saturday, September 26, 10:30 am
The Greenfield Public Library welcomes local author Lee Lee Marie on Saturday, September 26 at 10:30 am. She will read her picture book The Flamingo that Didn’t Fit In, a story about self-acceptance, belonging, and embracing differences.

Books will be available for purchase following the reading.

This program, made possible through the generosity of the Friends of the Greenfield Public Library, is free and recommended for children ages 3-8.

🌸🌼 MUMS FUNDRAISER REMINDER! 🌼🌸

Just a reminder that all Mum Fundraiser orders and money are due THIS TUESDAY!

Our goal is to raise $2,000 to support our students, and we’d love your help getting there! ❤️ There’s still time to reach out to family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers and get those last few orders in.

Every order brings us one step closer to our goal, so let’s finish strong! 💪🌸
