GreenEville Basket Guild

GreenEville Basket Guild Our Guild was formed in 2001 to weave and encourage the art of basket weaving. Business meeting and lunch, 11:00AM - 12:00 NOON.

Meetings are regularly scheduled the 3rd Saturday of the month, 9:00AM to 2PM, with some unavoidable exceptions. We meet at Reformation Lutheran Church, 400 West Main Street, Greeneville, Tennessee. Please bring a covered dish to Saturday meetings.

Tomorrow is a special day in our guild! It is an open weave which means that non-members are invited to visit and potentially weave a basket. (Warning: basket weaving can be addictive. Our guild is not responsible for future obsession. 😁). The event starts at 9am at Greene Greene County Makers.

The guild had a field trip! We went to the Midfield Lavender Farm in Bulls Gap. What a beautiful venue and experience. We enjoyed cutting our own lavender, crafting (led by Carolyn Lowe) and amazing lunch by Robin Ellis). Many thanks to everyone involved in arranging this event!
