Hoping everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We have completed our move but are still working on unpacking. Special thanks to those still supporting the channel. BBJ French Fry Dippin Sauce

1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup katsup
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
1 tbsp pickle brine
1 tsp paprika
1 pinch cayenne

You know... You just never know when you are gonna need a really good macaroni salad recipe... This one is hard to top...

BBJ Macaroni Salad

4 cups salad macaroni (cooked el dente)
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 cup chopped sweet pickles
1/2 cup peas
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped carrots
2 tablespoon chopped olives

Chill overnight...
Thank me later... LOL 😆

One of our most requested recipes is how we make our homemade Taco Seasoning... Grab a pencil... LOL

BBJ TACO SEASONING

1 cup chili powder
1/2 cup onion powder
1/4 cup ground cumin
1/4 cup garlic powder
2 Tbsp paprika*
2 Tbsp sea salt
1 Tbsp corn starch

*smoked paprika is better

Place all in a quart jar and shake

BANDIT (Nov 2008 - Apr 2023)
Today we lost a dear friend, a companion, a protector, and a family member. Bandit was an 87.5% Eastern Timber Wolf that we got from the Lumbee Indians of N. Carolina just before moving here to TN. Smart as a whip, he learned all of his basic commands (sit, lay down, stay, fetch, shake) in half a day... So what did we do with the rest of the day? Well, we taught him the same commands in sign language. As the family guard dog, we were reluctant to share his name / languages he knew / etc so that the locals would not become too familiar with him (putting him, and them, at risk). But he was always loyal to us, and anyone that we accepted - he accepted also. Please do not confuse him with the Husky puppy we have now - Ginger. You will be seeing more of her soon. But today we honor Bandit for the wonderful companion he was, and we will cherish him in our hearts, where he will remain. We often regret not sharing him more with all of you. Please know that he was very special to us. We are sure our paths will cross again one day. Blessings on you and yours. RIP Bandit. M & T
