Highland Elementary School: A Leadership Academy

The Highland garden is growing every day. Thank you first graders for planting and tending to the garden. Thank you to the Greeneville Women’s Club for helping us purchase plants and soil.

Highland is excited and sad that Coach Holt is moving to GHS. He will always have his Hawk Wings. Keep making us proud.

Greeneville High School is proud to announce Zachary Holt as the new Head Coach of the Lady Greene Devils Basketball Program.
Coach Holt brings extensive coaching experience and a strong commitment to student-athlete development. He has served as an assistant coach for the Lady Greene Devils for the past four years and previously coached boys’ and girls’ basketball at Nolichuckey and South Greene Middle Schools.
As he takes the helm of the Lady Devil's program, Coach Holt remains focused on developing “confident and competent leaders on and off the court,” emphasizing growth, character, and success beyond basketball.
Greeneville High School is excited for the future of Lady Greene Devils Basketball under Coach Holt’s leadership and looks forward to the positive impact he will have on our students and program.

Highland is proud of its Character Education Winners voted on by their peers. These two 5th graders were recognized by the Greeneville City Schools Board of Education . Congratulations Hawks!

Every Hawk received a free yearbook as a gift from our larger community. Highland is grateful for community partnerships and hopes families enjoy this present to remember their year on Highland Hill.
