Congratulations to Daniella Garcia for being named to the 2025-26 All-Tournament team for the Area 3, Class A Tournament.

The Lady Rebels' season came to an end with a loss to Newport Grammar in the consolation game of the Area 3, Class A Tournament. This run was the deepest postseason run for a Lady Rebels team in our school's short history.

Four great 8th graders ended their SGMS basketball careers. We hope to see you next year on the hardwood in high school. Thank you Willow Bowers, Sophia Effler, Paris Evans, and Abby Johnson for all you gave the Lady Rebels over this season.

The Lady Rebels dropped their semi-final game to #1 seeded Rush Strong. They will take on Newport Grammar in the consolation game at 5 Thursday at Cherokee HS with a regional bid on the line.

Daniella Garcia led the Lady Rebels with 6.

Tonight the Lady Rebels take on the #1 seeded Lady Plainsmen of Rush Strong in the semi-finals at Cherokee High School at 5:00.

Today's semi-final game has been postponed to Wednesday. The game will likely be played at 4:00 or 5:00 at Cherokee HS.

In the first round of the Area 3 Class A Tournament, your Lady Rebels take down the Surgoinsville Lady Eagles 46-29.

Raelyn Hensley led scorers with 22. Wrigley Ripley dropped 9. Abby Johnson had 6, Kenley Collins 5, and Kaeli Estepp and Willow Bowers each scored 2 apiece.

The Lady Rebels move to the Final Four to take on Rush Strong Monday at 5 at Cherokee HS.

The Varsity Lady Rebels celebrated 8th Grade Night with a 36-12 win over Bulls Gap.

The Lady Rebels finish take the 4 seed and will play #5 Surgoinsville in the tournament Saturday evening at Cherokee HS.

The Lady Rebels wrap up the season Thursday evening with a non-conference matchup with Tri-Cities Christian.

The JV Lady Rebels pitched a shutout verses the Bulls Gap Lady Bulldogs, 30-0.
