This week looks like it's going to rainy and cool, but we can't let it be too scary as we put an end to our Greeneville High School Bowling fundraiser. Congrats to the GHS cross country team on a great finish at the Jesse Owens Classic. The team finished 12th out of 26 teams in the gold race. Trey Bailey placed first breaking the school record in a 5K with a 15:01. All other boys runners had a personal or season best.

The GHS Cross Country teams competed in the Cherokee Classic on Saturday in Knoxville.

Trey Bailey won the boys race with a time of 15:30, and Isaac Gibson followed with a 17:14 placing 20th out of 243 runners. Jules Richard was 52nd with an 18:24. Boys were 8th as a team out of 26 teams.

For the girls, Ashlyn Ranley was 86th with a 24:40, Susan Mulhollen was 110 and Jacey Goodwin 111 with both finishing with a time of 25:46.

Our bowling team will have a table set up tonight at the football game to display some of the blanket options that are available as part of our fundraiser. Stop by and check them out...better yet, go ahead and order one (or more) as well. We appreciate all of your continued support.
