REMINDER: NO Track Club Practice Wednesday, June 10th OR Sunday, June 14th due to Graduation at Greendale High School. PRACTICE WILL RESUME Wednesday, June 17th at 6pm ... with 11 remaining sessions thru July 29th.
THE ABSOLUTE LAST DAY TO REGISTER ... AND JOIN TRACK CLUB is Wednesday, June 17th! We currently have 125+ registered athletes ranging from K5 thru 12th Grade! As always, we break out into groups by Grade and have 6-10 coaches each session. We have current Muskego & Greendale high school & college level track & field coaches, along with high school and college track athletes assisting the coaching staff.
This is a co-ed program for athletes of all levels to learn proper acceleration and sprinting form, while increasing power, strength, speed, agility, edurance, coordination and flexibility. Each session will begin with a dynamic warmup, form drills and a series of coordinated skipping patterns. Athletes will participate in workouts tailored to their grade level and work on event specific tasks including sprints, hurdles, long jump, triple jump and relays. Each practice will end with a different cool down game or activity.
Muskego Parks & Recreation is accepting online registrations thru June 14th! Otherwise you will need to reach out to them via phone. You can also message us or Faster Track Club with your athletes grade (2026/27 School Year) for a signup link and additional details. No previous experience is required to join.
