Our elementary school-age students had an absolute blast making slime during today's hands-on science activity! From mixing ingredients to watching the chemical reaction happen right before their eyes, they were learning, exploring, and having so much fun.🥼🧫💚

🌞 It's been a little too hot to be outside much lately, but that doesn't stop the fun at Central Christian Academy! Our elementary students stayed cool indoors while getting plenty of movement with one of the all-time favorites... parachute play! 🌈💙

Parachute games are more than just fun—they build teamwork, cooperation, coordination, and lots of smiles! 😄

The countdown is over, the excitement is REAL, and our students are ready for Kona Ice They get to create their own icy masterpiece at the self-serve flavor station, and let's be honest... half the fun is seeing just how many flavors they can fit into one cup! 😂🌈

💦🚒 Splash pad fun + a real fire truck... now that's a perfect summer day! ☀️

Our Clubhouse elementary students had a splashtastic Water Day at the Matthews Park Splash Pad before heading straight to their next adventure—exploring the amazing Greenbrier Fire Department fire truck! 🚒💙

Did anyone care that they had barely dried off? Not one bit! 😂 If anything, it made the experience even more exciting. We love keeping our big kids active, engaged, learning, and making unforgettable memories all summer long. 🌟

And the fun doesn't stop here—we've got even more summer adventures coming! 🎉

📢 Field Trip Update for Sports & Map Class

🌞 Due to the expected heat advisories 🔥, we have decided to change tomorrow’s field trip from Woolly Hollow 🌳 to the Splash Pad 💦 to help keep everyone safe while still having fun! 😄

We will be leaving promptly at 9:00 AM ⏰, so all children attending must arrive by 8:45 AM 🚐 to load the vans. Please send your child with:

● Swimsuit or clothes they can get wet in 🩱👕
● Towel
● Change of clothes 👚👖
● Water shoes or sandals (recommended) 👟🩴
● Sunscreen already applied before arriving 🧴 (you may also send sunscreen labeled with your child’s name if you’d like it reapplied)
