Heads Up-New Event this Saturday, 7/13

2024 Around the World Poker Run

Date: 7/13
Departing: 2:00p
Location: Green Lake & Norton's

Details: Club members and their guests will embark on a captivating five-part international journey across the picturesque waters of Green Lake. Each participating boat or team will receive a map guiding them to four distinct docks around the lake, each themed to represent a different country. At these docks, participants will enjoy adult beverages and snacks that celebrate the unique cultures of each country.

Additionally, at each stop, teams will receive a sealed envelope containing a playing card. The culmination of the event will take place at Norton's Tiki Bar, our fifth and final stop, where each team will open their envelopes to reveal their five cards. Prizes will be awarded to the team with the best poker hand.

Kindly RSVP by Friday at noon to ensure we can adequately prepare food and beverages. Feel free to invite guests to join in the festivities. Course maps and comprehensive instructions will be emailed to all RSVPs.

The Annual Scavenger Hunt is this Saturday, July 22nd! Hop on your boats and cruise the lake whilst competing for fame and glory. Meet at Norton's by 2:00 for clues and a 2:20 dismissal. Meet back at Norton's by 4:00 for your points to be entered. Appetizer's provided by the club so stay and socialize.
