ππWe proudly celebrated the graduation of our 8th-grade class with a beautiful Mass presided by Fr. Jose Lopez. The ceremony was a meaningful opportunity to give thanks for our graduates' years at St. Thomas More School and to ask for God's continued blessings as they begin the next chapter of their educational journey.
Following Mass, students were recognized for their achievements through the presentation of awards and diplomas. Family members, faculty, and friends gathered to honor the hard work, dedication, and growth of our graduates.
We are incredibly proud of the Class of 2026 and all they have accomplished. As they move on to high school, we wish them continued success, happiness, and faith-filled lives. May they always remember the values and lessons learned at St. Thomas More School and strive to make a positive difference wherever they go.
Congratulations, graduates! We wish you God's blessings and the very best in all your future endeavors. ππ

Yesterday, our 8th-grade students had the blessing of visiting the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe in La Crosse, Wisconsin. It was a beautiful and faith-filled day, offering our students the opportunity to deepen their relationship with Christ and grow in their understanding of God's love.
Throughout the day, we shared moments of prayer, meaningful conversations, joyful laughter, and heartfelt thanksgiving. Witnessing our students embrace their faith with such openness and sincerity was truly inspiring.
At St. Thomas More School, we are grateful for opportunities like these that nurture both the minds and hearts of our students, helping them grow as disciples of Christ. We thank God for this special day and for the many blessings He continues to pour upon our school community. ππ

π―οΈ The Passing of the Light π―οΈ
Yesterday, we celebrated one of our most meaningful school traditions β The Passing of the Light. During this special ceremony, our 8th-grade students lit the candles of the 7th-grade students, symbolizing the sharing of the Light of Christ.
As the incoming 8th graders receive the light, they are recognized as the future leaders of our student body and entrusted with the responsibility to lead with faith, wisdom, and service.
We pray that God will guide and strengthen them throughout the coming school year and always, as they continue to grow as disciples, role models, and leaders within our school community. βοΈπ
