Pumpkin Lamp - Project Night with Big Brothers Big Sisters!

We had an amazing time getting creative, building, experimenting, and learning together during our Project Night with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Wisconsin!

These hands-on experiences are all about encouraging curiosity, building confidence, and showing students that they can be creators, problem-solvers, and innovators.

A huge thank-you to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Wisconsin for partnering with us and giving us the opportunity to inspire the next generation!

What happens when you give kids a Makerspace and permission to get creative? These little homeschoolers are TOO cute!

We loved welcoming this young homeschool group to the Einstein Project Makerspace, where they got to design and create an accessory for a stuffy they brought from home. From practical to completely unexpected, every creation was a chance to imagine an idea and bring it to life.

What does pizza have to do with science? A LOT, actually!

Students using mySci's "From Sun to Food" explore how energy and matter enter our food system and cycle through the environment and living things. What better place to see those connections than a farm that turns ingredients from the environment into something we all eat? We love seeing our district partners take learning beyond the classroom and connect curriculum to real-world experiences!

We were excited to be part of WPS’s Energy Career Fair, where high school students from across Northeast Wisconsin explored careers in clean energy, sustainability, and technology!

The Einstein Project brought hands-on learning through our Creativity Scrimmage: Hydroelectric Power Generation. Students worked together to design and build a turbine that generated as much electricity as possible while using creativity, problem-solving, teamwork, and engineering skills.

We love helping students see how STEM connects to real-world careers and challenges!

A big thank you to WPS, Slipstream, and UW–Green Bay for creating this great opportunity for students to explore, create, and discover their potential in STEM.

This week in our Makerspace, we're hosting members from The UWGB Lifelong Learning Institute program with an Intro to Design Tech Course. Participants are learning how to use Tinkercad, a free online CAD design program, while creating three personalized projects to take home. Check 'em out!

Today, we welcomed college students from UW-Green Bay to the Einstein Project for an introduction to High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM) for elementary science, led by our Director of Learning, Kim Lemberger.

After the presentation, students toured our STEM Innovation Center and got a closer look at the resources, curriculum, and hands-on experiences we provide to educators and learners.

We love connecting with future teachers and helping them see what’s possible when high-quality materials, hands-on learning, and great teaching come together.
