Today, NWTC faculty and staff kicked off the academic year at our all-college in-service, celebrating achievements and focusing on this year's theme: Teaching Excellence.

Keynote speaker Dr. Susan Hatfield joined us to share insights on student learning and assessment. Throughout the week, faculty and staff will continue preparing, collaborating, and learning together to help our Eagles soar this semester and beyond.

When Diana Lawler, one of NWTC's first EMT students, returned to the College as an instructor, she set out to help students achieve their dreams in public safety.

Now, she’s making an impact on a new generation, including her daughters Samantha and Brooke, who are pursuing public safety careers of their own at NWTC.
