It has been clear all season but especially last night when the torch was passed from the seniors to their teammates how close a bond there is between these guys. What was said and shared is between the guys. There were a lot of tears and laughter. They have become a team that every coach dreams about.
The coaches know this is going to be a hard transition for the guys so please check on your swimmers this week. Please remind them that we function as a team and there is no pressure on any one swimmer to carry the weight of the team.
We are so proud of how much growth we have seen this year from everyone as swimmers and young men. Thank you for being such awesome parents and allowing us to be their coaches.

Huge congratulations to the GBU guys for their come from behind 2nd place win for conference 2026. Our points tied with Sheboygan North but since we won that dual meet we were awarded 2nd place. This was a huge accomplishment since many of the guys were pushing through illnesses and were still reaching many personal best times. They dug deep and won as a team working together. Terry, Dan and Mary are so proud of the guys hard work, sportsmanship, determination and resilience. Congratulations GBU!
Sectionals here we come!
