Join us for a special afternoon exploring the powerful connection between music and mental well-being. On April 24 at 2 PM, internationally acclaimed pianist and speaker Robin Spielberg will lead a free, 60-minute workshop designed to help you understand how music can support your emotional and mental health.
During this engaging program, Robin will explain the science behind how music affects the brain and share practical strategies you can use to help reduce stress, calm anxiety, and support emotional balance. Research shows that music can play an important role in our health—and you’ll leave with simple tools to help self-regulate stress and de-escalate anxious moments through music.
