Learning doesn't stop when school lets out. Neither does the need for good nutrition! This year's Summer Meals Program starts at community sites on June 10, 2026. Meals begin at summer school buildings on June 15, 2026. ☀️

All children (not only GBAPS students) 18 years old and younger can receive free summer meals from GBAPS. Families do not have to qualify for free/reduced meals to participate.

☀️🏆 FIELD DAY 2026 WAS A BLAST! 🏆☀️

What an absolutely perfect day for Sullivan Elementary! The weather couldn't have been more beautiful for our students and staff to head outside for some major fun.

From epic water games to soaking up the sunshine, everyone had smiles cemented on their faces. A massive shoutout to our incredible Student Council for sponsoring the bounce houses—it was a huge hit and definitely a highlight of the day!

Thank you to everyone who helped organize, cheer, and participate. Our Sullivan community knows how to bring the energy! 🐯💻✨

3:45-4:00 Title Presentation in cafeteria (Admin) families receive 1 free raffle ticket!!
4:00-4:15 Hand out free shirts/raffle tickets/bake sale/kids begin to line up
4:15- Run begins! Inflatables run the first lap, then kids. Run until color is out.
5:00-Raffle ticket purchase cut-off and winners chosen/announced
5:00-5:30- Raffle baskets to winners/music/popsicles/clean-up

REMINDER: In honor of Memorial Day, there will be no school on Monday, May 25, 2026. Classes will resume on May 26, 2026.

🌟 Big Congratulations to our March & April Super Sullivan Citizens! 🌟

We are incredibly proud to celebrate our amazing students who went above and beyond to demonstrate outstanding character, kindness, and leadership at Sullivan during the months of March and April! 🏆✨

Yesterday, our Sullivan Kindergarteners traded the classroom for the countryside and had an absolute blast at Mulberry Farm! From giggly goat feedings to petting the softest bunnies and running around the farm, our littlest learners made the biggest memories.

A huge thank you to the wonderful folks at Mulberry Farm for hosting us, and to our amazing chaperones for helping wrangle the fun!

Our second-grade classrooms had a very special guest speaker today! Chief Meteorologist Steve Beylon from WBAY Action 2 News dropped by to teach our students all about the exciting world of weather. From understanding how storms form to learning how to stay "weather ready" with their families, our second graders were completely engaged.
