The first day of school is almost here! Here's a reminder of how the first few days of school work: August 31 - First day of school (in-person instruction) for 4K, K-5, 6th & 9th grade and K-8 at Aldo, da Vinci and Red Smith. Asynchronous instruction for 7th, 8th, 10th, 11th and 12th grade.

September 1 - All students grades 5K-12 report to school. See the full District calendar and some school specific calendars at gbaps.org/26-27calendar.

We're a few weeks away from the first day of school! Here's your Back to School GBAPS checklist:

✅ Registration: New students should register for school. Visit gbaps.org/registration to learn more. Contact Central Registration at 920-448-2001 or [email protected] with questions about registration or to check on your current enrollment.

✅ School Supplies: Find your school's supply list at gbaps.org/schoolsupplies.

✅ Open House: Check your school's website for Open House dates and times.

✅ Transportation information: Parents/guardians will be notified during the week of August 24, 2026, to login to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal to view the transportation bus number, stop location and pick-up/drop-off times. Information will also be available via the My Ride K-12 app. Learn more at gbaps.org/transportation.

✅ Update contact information: Visit gbaps.org/registration and click on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal button under Existing Families. Access the Parent Portal to update your contact information.

Cousins Subs and Donald Driver are helping support Green Bay Area Public Schools families! 🥪 🏈

On July 20, 2026, Cousins Subs opened a new location on West Mason Street in Green Bay, with the help of Donald Driver. As part of the grand opening celebration, the sub shop is hosting a week-long giveback fundraiser to benefit Starr Elementary School and Allouez Pantry, which serves students and families at Webster Elementary School and Doty Elementary School.

Cousins Subs will donate 20% of all sales from the new Green Bay West location to the effort through July 26!

Cousins Subs will celebrate the opening of its new Green Bay West restaurant on July 20, 2026, with special events and a weeklong fundraiser supporting students and families at Starr Elementary School, Webster Elementary School, and Doty Elementary School.

Highlights include:
• A ribbon‑cutting ceremony on July 21, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. featuring Green Bay football legend Donald Driver
• Autographs and photos for the first 80 guests who purchase a sub before 11:00 a.m.
• A 20% giveback from July 20–26 to benefit Starr Elementary School and the Allouez Pantry, which serves Doty and Webster elementary schools
