A note from Coach Kendra, MO!, Lara, and Dezi on why Harper was chosen this month:

“Harper has quickly learned what it means to be a great teammate at STARZ. She does a wonderful job listening to her coaches, staying focused, and showing respect to everyone around her. She is often one of the first in line, ready and excited for whatever comes next.

Harper is also such a kind and supportive teammate. She cheers others on and brings a positive attitude to practice. One thing that really stands out is how well she takes corrections. She listens, makes the change, and continues to work on it without needing to be reminded.

We love Harper’s willingness to learn, her strong work ethic, and the positive energy she brings to the gym. She has been such a wonderful addition to the STARZ team, and we are so proud of her!”

The U.S. Gymnastics Championships are happening this weekend! Watch the nation’s top gymnasts compete for national titles and earn their place on the U.S. National Team.

A note from Coach Alyssa on why Aarohi was chosen this month:

“I have had the pleasure of coaching Aarohi for the past four years, and it has been amazing to watch her grow, not only as a gymnast, but also as a kind, hardworking, and confident young person. Over the last two competitive seasons, she has made tremendous progress, and all of her dedication paid off with an incredible competition season, highlighted by an amazing gold medal sweep at State!

Aarohi is the definition of a leader in the gym. She is always one of the first athletes to ask what needs to be set up, happily helping move mats and equipment to make practice run smoothly for everyone. She leads by example with her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help her teammates.

One of Aarohi's greatest strengths is her coachability. She genuinely wants to understand the sport and is always asking thoughtful questions and seeking feedback. She works hard to apply every correction she receives, remembers those corrections from previous practices, and continues to build on them each day. Every turn she takes is filled with focus, determination, and her best effort.

Perhaps what stands out most about Aarohi is the positivity she brings to the gym. She is constantly cheering on her teammates and celebrating the successes of everyone around her. Whether it's during practice or at competitions, her encouraging voice can always be heard lifting others up.

Aarohi's dedication, leadership, sportsmanship, and enthusiasm make her an outstanding role model for her teammates. We are so proud of everything she has accomplished and can't wait to see what she achieves next. Congratulations, Aarohi!”
