⚽World Cup Watchers👀
Did you know that NDA has direct ties to the World Cup?

Alumna Lauren Sesselmann, NDA 2001, was a member of the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup team! She started in 4 of 5 games as a defender, logging a total of 338 minutes for Team Canada. In addition to her World Cup accolades, she also helped the Canadian National Team win a Pan American Gold medal in 2011 and an Olympic Bronze medal in 2012.

But, Lauren wasn't just a soccer star. At NDA, she was a multi-sport powerhouse, also dominating the basketball court and helping lead the legendary, undefeated 2001 girls basketball team to a state championship! 🏆🏀

Lauren is also an NDA Hall of Fame Inductee, both as an individual athlete and as a member of that historic championship team.

Recently, WLUK-TV FOX 11 and Simon's Specialty Cheese hosted the "Best of the Class 2026" event at Lambeau Field. The ceremony celebrated 330 top honor seniors from 100 school districts across Northeast Wisconsin.

A huge congrats to all the honored students in our area, with a special shoutout to our NDA Tritons featured in the FOX 11 Student Video Tributes! 🌟👏
