Employee Spotlight: Morgan!

If you need a problem solved, Morgan is probably the person to call. She’s our Communication and Behavior Administrator, she has been with us for 3 years. According to her coworkers, she can figure out just about anything. She sees the big picture, adapts when things change, communicates what needs to happen, and somehow manages to do it all with empathy and a great sense of humor.

Outside of work, Morgan loves spending time with her pets, family, and the people closest to her. She enjoys reading, being outdoors, staying active, watching sports, trying new things, and finding time to relax.

And we can't forget one very important fact about Morgan… she has a slight caffeine obsession. Diet Coke and Red Bull have officially earned a spot in her daily routine.

One of Morgan's favorite parts of her job is watching our clients build confidence, try new things, and become more involved in their communities.

When she needs to reset, Morgan likes some quiet time, getting outside, moving her body, reading, or hanging out with her pets.

Her biggest reminder to herself? She doesn't have to solve everything all at once.

And something she wants everyone to remember about our clients: “Everyone is an individual, and that can look different from day to day.”

We're glad to have you on the team, Morgan! Thanks for everything you do!

A huge thank you to Hillside Apples for welcoming our clients to the orchard last week!

One of the things we really loved about this trip was how simple it was. Instead of a structured tour, we were given bags and the freedom to head into the orchard and pick apples.

For our group, that meant everyone could experience it in their own way. Having that flexibility made a big difference. Everyone got to participate at their own pace, make their own choices, and enjoy a really simple fall experience together.

Thank you, Hillside Apples, for giving our clients the space to just be themselves and enjoy the day.
