A big thank you to our Green Bay Packaging employees for supporting tornado relief efforts across the Fox Valley area.

Through your generosity, we collected food, household essentials, and other much-needed supplies for families affected by the recent storms. Recently, interns from Green Bay Packaging's Arkansas Kraft Division and Fiber Resource Division, along with two interns from SMC Packaging in Springfield, participated in an incredible professional development experience at TeamTrek in Arkansas.

Through a variety of team-building challenges, leadership activities, and outdoor experiences, the interns strengthened their communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills while building meaningful connections across our organizations.

Experiences like these help prepare future professionals by fostering confidence, teamwork, and personal growth in an engaging, hands-on environment. We're proud to invest in opportunities that encourage our interns to step outside their comfort zones, develop leadership skills, and gain valuable perspectives that will benefit them throughout their careers.
