First camp of the summer in the books!

During our Allied Health Summer Camps students got to try out many of the hands on learning experiences our students have in their programs like giving x-rays to models, or practice virtual laparoscopic surgeries, and even visit real healthcare locations to learn about MRI, CT, and Radiation Therapy!

Last week we hosted our 9th Annual Gerontology conference; it was a day full of laughs, learning, and connection. It was wonderful to see everyone come together with the common goal of learning more and better supporting aging members of our community.

Thank you to our Gerontology Conference Committee for planning a wonder event, Bader Philanthropies for your generous support, John McGivern for making us laugh, and to all our presentation speakers for educating and inspiring us to care more about the field of geriatrics.

We can't wait to see you all next year!
