This camp was filled with so much energy and enthusiasm!! Each girl came to work and gave their all during the drills!! 🤩

They made this camp so fun to have in the middle of summer and they were all able to improve their skills 💪🏼

Each girl went above and beyond in all their drills which allowed them to improve so much in just two days!! 💪🏼

After skill training, we had mindset training, where we talked about their team goals and expectations for the upcoming coming season!! It’s always so awesome to see them take accountability of their program!! As always…. The future is BRIGHT!!

The best part? Now that we’re at Spring Lake Church, we’d love to welcome girls from ALL schools and communities! Whether you play for Preble, East, Bay Port, Notre Dame, De Pere, Pulaski, or anywhere else, you’re invited! The more the merrier!

Summer is the perfect time to sharpen your skills, build confidence, make new friends, and have a blast on the court before the season gets rolling again. We’d love to see both returning campers and new faces!

During your journey there were tough moments like the early mornings, the long practices, the times where you thought quitting seemed easier. But you didn’t quit did you. Instead you became stronger, tougher, and more disciplined. Before all of that, before the pressure and expectations, there was just a little girl who fell in love with the game. That little girl didn’t care about stats or being recognized. She just enjoyed playing, improving, and the simple happiness it gave her. And she’s still there. Underneath all the hard work and growth.

So in the times when you are faced with challenges, when doubt starts to fill your mind, or the passion and love for your sport feels distant (because it will happen) remember her. Remember why you started, why you kept going, and what it felt like to play with happiness and no fear.

Play for the girl who once dreamed big without limits, who showed up with a big smile every single time knowing she got to do what made her happy. She’s your reason, your foundation, and your reminder that the love for the game is what truly matters.

And always remember you’re a STAR, so don’t let anyone dim YOUR light 🤩

It’s easy to get stuck staring at what’s in the way. When all the delays, the doubts, the things that didn’t go as planned happen and create a barrier for us to grow. Those obstacles have a way of shifting all our attention toward them which makes them feel bigger than they actually are. That’s why you have to shift your perspective. Instead of measuring the height of the barrier, start looking for a way across it. Almost like there is a bridge.

Sometimes the bridge is obvious, other times the bridge is hidden, and sometimes the bridge is something you have to build yourself. The moment you choose to look for solutions instead of replaying the problem is the moment things start to move and you start to face the challenge in front of you.

Progress doesn’t come from pretending challenges don’t exist. Instead it comes from deciding they are not the end. You don’t need a “perfect” path. You just need to find a way forward and the willingness to take the next step.

Focus on what carries you through, like your team, goals, and passion instead of what tries to hold you back. That’s where your momentum lives and how you will continue to build a stronger version of YOU!

It’s easy to get caught up in the feeling of doing something. When check the boxes, stay busy, are constantly moving. But not all motion is meaningful. Sometimes we’re just repeating patterns, circling the same thoughts, or chasing things that don’t actually take us where we want to go. Growth means doing actions for intention, and not just for activity.

Real progress is quieter. It’s in the uncomfortable decisions, the pauses to reflect, and the courage to change direction when needed. Don’t mistake constant motion for forward movement. Wanting to grow means that you ensure you take the steps that are actually leading you somewhere that matters.
