Learning doesn't stop when school lets out. Neither does the need for good nutrition! This year's Summer Meals Program starts at community sites on June 10, 2026. Meals begin at summer school buildings on June 15, 2026. ☀️

All children (not only GBAPS students) 18 years old and younger can receive free summer meals from GBAPS. Families do not have to qualify for free/reduced meals to participate.

Our Preble Park adventure was a success! ☀️🤩

From kickball to tug-of-war, parachutes, playground, and popsicles, it was a blast! Thank you to the staff who helped make this happen!

May has come and gone, which means it’s time to see whose attendance was the best of the bunch…. 🐵 🍌

Congrats to Kindergarten on a repeat victory with 95.30% attendance in May! They will keep the banana trophies until school starts again in the fall.

Special shout out to third grade who had the best attendance for the entire school year! Their attendance rate was 95.17%!

Our character trait for May was caring, and we were so excited to celebrate these caring students at our assembly! ☺️

These kiddos went above and beyond to make others feel heard, respected, and cared for, and we are so proud of them!

This was our last character trait assembly of the school year, but we are excited to celebrate more of our students next school year!

What a better way to come back from a long weekend than having a Mystery Attendance Day! 🤩

These students were here on time today and picked as our winners! Will there be another Mystery Attendance Day before the end of the school year? Stay tuned!

REMINDER: In honor of Memorial Day, there will be no school on Monday, May 25, 2026. Classes will resume on May 26, 2026.

Last night, we held our third annual Culture Night. 🤩

Our students who participated in Culture Club were invited to showcase a culture of their choosing however they wanted. Some brought in posters, clothes, food, games, and/or pictures. It was such an amazing night! Thank you to the students and families who participated!
