A: That's a good sign! Stop CPR if they become responsive and breathing normally, then monitor them until help arrives.

A: No. Hands-Only CPR is recommended for most adult cardiac arrest emergencies if you're not trained or uncomfortable giving breaths.
Q: Can I get sued for doing CPR?
A: Good Samaritan laws often protect people who provide CPR in an emergency. Doing something is usually better than doing nothing.
