A new addition has landed at Aims Community College โœˆ๏ธ

Students and faculty recently gathered at the Aims Aircraft Maintenance Center to welcome a Maverick TwinJet aircraft that will serve as a hands-on training tool for future aviation maintenance professionals.

The aircraft was donated to the Aims Foundation by Longmont resident and aircraft owner Mike Seavall. Seavall and his dedicated pilot flew the jet from Longmont to the Northern Colorado Regional Airport before taxiing directly to the hangar, where students and faculty watched its arrival firsthand.

This generous donation will give students valuable experience working with real aircraft systems and components, helping them develop the skills needed for careers in the aviation industry.

Thank you to Mike Seavall for investing in student success and helping strengthen aviation workforce training at Aims.
