Parents and Guardians of students attending District 6 schools for the 2026-2027 School Year are encouraged to complete each item listed in the Fall Registration Checklist prior to the first day of school. This ensures our schools have accurate and current information for all students.

Can't wait to see our 26-27 Meeker students on Tuesday, July 21st! Whether you are starting Preschool or 5th Grade come join us for Pages and Popsicles and meet our new Principals! Mrs. Lindsey Garcia and Mrs. Angie Sandy are so excited to meet our students and families!! Come between 10:00 and Noon for a free book and popsicle!

Do you have an incoming Kindergartner at Meeker? We would love to invite your child to Kindergarten at a Glance on Monday, August 10, or Tuesday, August 11! This special event gives our Kindergarten teachers an opportunity to meet your child, get to know them better, and help them become familiar with their new classroom before the school year begins!

Session Times: 9:30-10:30am or 12:30-1:30pm.
Please sign your child up for ONE session only using the Google Form (in the comments). All sessions will provide the same experience, so there is no need to attend more than one. You can also call our front office at 970-348-2000 to reserve a session!

Important Reminders:
-Parents will drop students off and return at the end of the session. This helps us get to know your child and allows them to begin building independence before the first day of school.
-Please do not bring school supplies. You will bring those to Back to School Night
-Please arrive a few minutes early so we can begin on time.

School supply lists are always handy! Here is Meekers list for each grade level!

K-12 School Supply Lists have been updated for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year!

In addition to the school supplies provided by families from the school supply lists, all non-charter students will also receive a set of AVID supplies. These supplies are paid for in part by Mill Levy Override dollars. The items include spiral notebooks, plastic folders, a pencil pouch, highlighters, sticky notes, binders, divider tabs, and pencils or erasers. The exact items vary by grade level. These AVID materials are meant to help students stay organized and support their learning.

Supplies needed by middle school students will vary depending on specific classes students are enrolled in. Please check with your individual school during registration and back-to-school events to determine which supplies will be needed.

Hello Meeker Families!!

If you are a current student at Meeker, Preschool through 5th Grade come choose one FREE book, get a Popsicle, and meet your new Principal and Assistant Principal! Mrs. Lindsey Garcia and Mrs. Angie Sandy are so excited to meet all of our students and families!!

Our Summer School students are in their last week! They have loved getting to learn with their buddy classrooms, work on Service Learning Projects, and continue our beloved SPARK Clubs! We are thrilled that we got to spend a little extra time with our Mountain Lions!
