We can’t wait to welcome our newest preschool families to Parent Orientation! This evening is an important opportunity to meet your teachers, learn about classroom routines, discover what to expect throughout the year, and get all of your questions answered before the first day of school.

This meeting is for all incoming student parents, and we ask that at least one parent or guardian plan to attend.

Little hands are almost ready for big adventures. As we count down to the first day, here is everything your preschooler needs to walk through our doors ready to learn and play.

School Supply List:
Glue sticks
8 to 16 large Crayola crayons
10 Crayola markers (classic colors, broad line)
1 backpack, regular size, not small

Gather it together, label your backpack with love, and let us handle the rest. We cannot wait to watch these supplies put to good use as your child grows, creates, and discovers all God made them to be.

Freedom is a gift, and today we celebrate it with grateful hearts. At Our Savior’s Lutheran Preschool, we get to teach little ones about the freedoms we enjoy every day, freedom to learn, to play, to pray, and to grow together as a community. This 4th of July, we’re thankful for our country, for the families who make up our OSLP family, and for a God who blesses us abundantly. Wishing you a joyful and safe holiday from all of us at OSLP!

Summer science, ocean art and a shark obstacle course. Just a normal day in Mrs. Orr’s class.

Today was full of the kind of learning that does not even feel like learning because everyone is having way too much fun.

Tested how many bears it takes to sink a foam surfboard, crossed the bridge without getting eaten by the sharks in the ocean, made octopus using daubers and cut strips of paper for all eight legs, and stamped beautiful starfish by painting bubble wrap and pressing it down.

STEM, fine motor skills, counting and creativity all wrapped up in one big ocean adventure.
Summer learning looks really good on this class.
