🌟 Alumni Spotlight: Emma Smith 🌟
Meet Emma Smith, a proud 2020 graduate of Dayspring Christian Academy, who is celebrating her seventh year as a cherished member of the DCA family! 🎉 Emma's journey is nothing short of inspiring, and her heart for education and healthcare shines through in everything she does.
Starting her career at DCA as a Preschool Assistant Teacher, Emma quickly climbed the ranks to become a Lead Paraprofessional. Today, she wears multiple hats as both an Administrative Assistant and Health Clerk, all while actively contributing to the DCA athletic programs. For Emma, DCA is more than just a workplace; it's a home where connections flourish, and lifelong friendships are made.
Emma credits her nurturing environment and supportive teachers for her growth—both academically and spiritually. As the eldest of three and a daughter of an educator, Emma was instilled with a love for learning from a young age. Her passion for making a positive impact on children’s lives stems from this upbringing, and the relationships she has built here are what she treasures most. “I am incredibly grateful for the bonds I’ve formed at DCA, where some students affectionately call me 'Auntie Memma,'” she says with a smile. ❤️
Emma's journey doesn't end at DCA. Since graduation, she has had the opportunity to serve in missions in various countries, including Belize, Hungary, Iceland, and Germany, with Ireland on her itinerary for next summer! Her travels have enriched her faith and revealed the incredible work God is doing across diverse cultures.
In addition to her service at DCA, Emma actively participates in the worship team and children’s ministry at SALT Church, where she leads a home Bible study group filled with passionate believers. Her faith has grown tremendously, empowering her to embody Christ’s love, grace, and truth in all aspects of her life.
Emma looks forward to what God has in store for her future and encourages everyone to continue supporting each other and staying connected.
