HLC is the Higher Learning Commission, an organization that accredits universities including UNC. This accreditation is important to you because without it, your degree isn’t recognized professionally. The HLC will be at UNC in March 2015 and will be evaluating our school. UNC students! Today is the last day to stop by & see what the is all about! We will be @ the corner of 10th ave. & 20th st with free food & prizes if you learn a bit about the HLC!

Did you know: Often times employers will not accept degrees from non-accredited schools. For instance, graduates from non-accredited law schools, nursing programs and teacher colleges may not be permitted to sit for exams to earn certification in order to pursue their careers.
