What a night celebrating 40 years of legacy, love, and comunidad at the César Chávez Cultural Center. Alumni, students, directors, and community gathered once more like familia to honor a space that continues to inspire generations. 💙🤍💛
From heartfelt reunions to powerful moments of reflection, the night reminded us why this Center has always been more than a building. It is a home, a movement, and a promise to every student who walks through its doors.
As we look ahead, we invite you to help continue this story. Your support ensures the Chávez Center remains a place where every Bear feels seen, supported, and celebrated.

📖Aqui es donde las historias viven — Where Stories Live📖
A collective journal celebrating the voices, dreams, and lived experiences of students connected to the César Chávez Cultural Center. This project preserves stories of belonging, resilience, and identity — reminding us that every story holds power. 🕊️
This project aims to create a living, breathing journal that honors the voices, dreams and lived experiences of students connected to the César Chávez Cultural Center. To Create a legacy artifact that can be shared.
More than just a collection of words, it is a space of remembrance, reflection, and resistance. A way for our stories to live beyond us, and for future generations to see themselves in our journeys. To continue to advocate for support and development of the CCCC. Highlighting lived experiences that demonstrate belonging and resilience.
Anyone is welcome to write in this journal from current students to even alumni! Journal entries can be both made in physical or digital formats. The digital format will be found on our linktree.
