Few things humble you like having the flu so bad you can't hold down water.

I am thankful I listened to a David Goggins podcast yesterday while lifting.

It's helping me accept the misery. Making myself feel grateful for it which is a paradigm shift.

This is slowing me down so I can take inventory and focus on what matters.

Count my blessings, and think about the relationships that are most important in my life.

Where am I falling short, and how can I improve?

We all need a slice of humble pie from time to time, and it comes in various forms.
