Holmes Road Elementary's annual Kindergarten Information Night: Tuesday, July 28 from 5 PM to 7 PM.

The evening is for parents only...our Holmes Road Staff will provide information about the upcoming Kindergarten school year in a rotational format. Meet Holmes Road administrators, take a tour of the school and hear about "A Day in the Life of a Kindergartener" from our awesome Holmes Road Kindergarten teachers.

What a day at Holmes Road on Monday! First we started off with our annual Flag Day Celebration followed by our annual 2nd Grade Moving Up Ceremony. Thank you to all those that helped organize these great events and thank you to the many families that made our 2nd Graders feel so special and supported.

Update for 2nd Grade Families about The Moving Up Ceremony:
The Cermony goes on rain or shine. Looks rainy this evening so holding off on the robo call until the morning. We'll make a determination early in the morning if we're moving the 2nd Grade Moving Up Ceremony inside in the Cafeteria and Small Gym. More to come!

Looking forward to our 2nd Grade Moving Up Ceremony on Monday, June 15 at 9:45 AM. Some additional details:
-We'll have some chairs available. Feel free to bring your own chair for outdoor seating or a blanket.
-We have a rain plan. If rain is in the forecast, the day and time will stay the same, we'll just move indoors to the Cafeteria and Small Gym.
-If choosing to sign out your child after the Ceremony, please follow dismissal procedures in the front of the school after the Ceremony.
-If you completed an RSVP to sign out your child, we ask that you still sign out your child in the front of the school.
-Lastly, please have a drivers license ready when signing out your child.
