Last night, our Tiny Treasures families enjoyed a magical evening at Cornell Cooperative Extension with our very own private sunset wagon ride!

From the hayride and exploring the corn maze to visiting and feeding the animals, picking the perfect pumpkins, and ending the evening with yummy s’mores around the fire, it was the perfect fall night!

Today, we celebrate the incredible teachers who make Tiny Treasures such a special place for our children.

Our early childhood educators do so much more than teach. They comfort little ones through tough goodbyes, celebrate milestones, encourage curiosity, help navigate big emotions, and create meaningful opportunities to learn through play.
To our amazing teachers—thank you for the patience, creativity, energy, and love you bring into your classrooms each and every day. The impact you make during these early years is truly special, and we are so grateful for each of you!

A new month has arrived at Tiny Treasures, and we’re ready for all the learning, exploring, creating, and fall fun that comes along with it!

October brings so many opportunities for our children to experience the season through Frog Street, with fall-inspired stories, sensory exploration, art, music and movement, science and discovery, outdoor adventures, and plenty of hands-on learning.

From our infants discovering new sights, sounds, and textures, to our toddlers exploring through movement and play, to our preschoolers asking questions, creating, imagining, and making new connections—there is always something exciting happening in our classrooms.

We can’t wait to see what our Tiny Treasures learn and discover this month!

At Tiny Treasures, some of the most important learning happens when children are simply doing what they do best—playing!

Building with blocks can become an early math lesson. 🧱
Painting strengthens the little muscles needed for future writing. 🎨
Pretend play builds language, imagination, and social skills. 🏠
Sensory exploration encourages curiosity and problem-solving. ✨
And playing alongside friends gives children daily opportunities to practice communicating, sharing, taking turns, and navigating big emotions. ❤️

Through our Frog Street Curriculum, our teachers intentionally create environments and experiences that allow children to explore, discover, practice new skills, and have FUN while doing it.

Our classrooms have been busy creating, exploring, and learning! Over the past few weeks, our children have been learning all about themselves—their names, body parts, families, daily routines, and all of the special things that make each of them unique.

And of course, learning is even more fun when we can get a little messy! From painting and gluing to creating their very own masterpieces, our children are strengthening their creativity, fine motor skills, independence, and self-expression along the way.

Now we're beginning to transition into one of our favorite times of year… FALL! Get ready for lots of colorful fall-inspired creations coming home soon!

We are so excited to announce that our Tiny Treasures Infant Team is officially N.E.S.T. Method Certified!

Our infant staff have completed specialized training and are now fully equipped with the knowledge and tools to support infant sleep in the daycare environment—helping create a safe, calm, responsive, and nurturing sleep experience for our babies.

At Tiny Treasures, we believe that caring for infants means constantly learning, growing, and finding new ways to provide the very best care possible. We’re incredibly proud of our infant team for investing in this additional training and bringing even more expertise into our classroom!

And just like that our classrooms are FULL of little voices, busy hands, big smiles, and SO much fun!

The backpacks are here, the friends are playing, the paint is out, the books are being read, and we are settling right back into the magic of Tiny Treasures!

We’re already seeing those first-day butterflies turn into smiles, giggles, and happy little explorers.

Tonight, our classrooms are clean, refreshed, organized, and ready for a brand-new school year.

These quiet, empty spaces won’t stay that way for long! Tomorrow they’ll be filled with little voices, laughter, learning, friendships, messy art, and so many special moments.

Our teachers have worked so hard to create warm, welcoming spaces where our children can learn, grow, and feel right at home.

☀️ **Soaking up the last few days of summer at Tiny Treasures Child Care!** 💛



What a summer it’s been! We’ve had so much fun, made so many memories, shared a lot of laughs, and watched some pretty special friendships grow along the way. ❤️

We’re making the most of these last few days together because this time of year is always a little bittersweet. Some of our Tiny Treasures—many who have been with us for **four or even five years**—are getting ready to head off to **Kindergarten and start their next big chapter!** 🎒🍎

We’re so proud of you and wish you the best of luck on your next adventure. We hope the friendships and memories made here stay with you for many years to come.

And to everyone continuing their journey with us—we can’t wait for another great year together and all the new memories still to come! 💛
